Y Sports Help Kids Build Character

Tiny Tots Clinic for ages 3-4
The Tiny Tots program is a fantastic opportunity for children to explore and learn the fundamentals of sports. This season, we will rotate through different stations to work on various skills. Each child will be placed in a team group and will spend their time learning about t-ball and soccer.
- Season: 4 Weeks, one day per week, 45 minutes
- 2 weeks each soccer and t-ball (gloves optional)
- OPTION 1: Tuesdays, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 5/27; 10:00-10:45 AM
- OPTION 2: Tuesdays, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 5/27; 5:30-6:15 PM
- OPTION 3: Tuesdays, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 5/27; 6:30-7:15 PM
- OPTION 4: Thursdays, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29; 5:30-6:15 PM

SPRING: Co-Ed T-Ball and Coach Pitch
Young K and Kindergarten CO-ED T-Ball
Youth will learn the fundamentals of T-Ball, collaborate as a team, and take part in clinics and games.
- Season: 4/22-5/22/25
- Location: Fish Hatchery Park
- Days: Tuesday & Thursday

- Clinics/Stations: 4/22, 4/24; 6:00-7:00 PM
- Team Practice: Tuesdays, 4/29, 5/6, 5/13; 6:00-7:00 PM
- Team Games: Thursdays, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15; 6:00-7:00 PM
- Fee: $55 (includes jersey, hat, & digital team picture)

- Participants need a baseball glove.
1st/2nd/3rd CO-ED Coach Pitch
Youth learn the fundamentals of baseball, join a team, and participate in games and practices.

SPRING: YK-6TH Grade Youth Soccer
Youth have the opportunity to learn new skills or improve their current skills. Y Soccer teaches the basics of the game, helping youth learn teamwork and practice their abilities. Shin guards required.

SPRING: Y Run (Youth Running Program)
A 5-week running program for kids to learn the basics and establish lifelong exercise habits. Participants will play games, learn dynamic stretching techniques, do warm-ups, explore healthy eating, and, of course, run. Each practice will end with a healthy snack.
Running is great for kids, here’s why:
- Improves mental and physical well-being
- Establishes lifelong exercise habits
- Boosts self-esteem and confidence
- Fun!
When: Thursdays; May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
Time: 5:30-6:15 PM
Where: Hastings High School Track or Fish Hatchery Park
