We follow Funshine Curriculum, along with components of The Daily Curriculum, Scholastic, STEM, and Zoo Phonics.

Typical Schedule:

6:00 – 8:00 | Drop-Off/Free Play
8:00 – 8:30 | Breakfast
8:30 – 10:30 | Free Play and Circle time
10:30 – 11:30 | Outside /Gross Motor
12:00 – 12:30 | Lunch
12:30 – 2:30 | Rest Time
2:30 – 3:30 | Snack
3:30 – 4:30 | Outside/Gross Motor
4:30 – 6:00 | Free Play/Pick up

Enrollment Fees

4-5 Days a Week-$720 monthly (about $180/week)

• 10% sibling discount applied after first child. FULL TIME only
• Two weeks vacation included in fees.

3 Days a Week-$530 monthly (about $133/week)

• Two weeks vacation included in fees.

Program Goals for School Age Care:

• We keep children engaged with enriching academic activities, creative play and games.
• We encourage healthy eating habits, physical activity and provide nutritious snacks and meals.
• Our staff serve as mentors to make Y Time fun and safe.
• The YMCA Core Values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, and Inclusion are always promoted through all activities.

School Year Times:

• Before School hours: 6:30 am start of school, Monday—Friday
• After School hours: Close of school to 6:00 pm., Monday—Friday
• Open most no-school days, half days, and snow days 6:30 am – 6:00 pm. See the handbook for annual days when Y Time School Age care is closed. (These days are included in the monthly fee)

School Year Fees:

• FULL TIME Before and After School: $310 per month, per child
• FULL TIME After School ONLY: $260 per month, per child
• FULL TIME Before School ONLY: $140 per month, per child
  • A 10% sibling discount is applied after the first child. FULL-TIME registrants only
• 3 DAYS PER WEEK, Before and After School per child: $170 per month
• 3 DAYS PER WEEK, Before School ONLY per child: $135 per month
• 3 DAYS PER WEEK, After School ONLY per child: $150 per month
  

School Out Day Only Option:

• Option for Hastings Area School System Students
• Includes scheduled school out days, snow days, half days, and school break days.
• $250 per semester (Sept-Dec or Jan-May), $150 deposit due at registration
• Sign-up is required 2 weeks before days off; if interested, register with Kelly at Office@ymcaofbarrycounty.org

Summer Times:

Monday-Friday | 6:30 am – 6:00 pm

Summer Fees:

(Fees listed weekly to allow for youth to participate in other options such as day or overnight camp).

• 4-5 days a week: $160 per week, per child
• 10% sibling discount applied after first child. FULL TIME registrants only
• 3 DAYS: $140 per week, per child (no sibling discounts)
